Salary - 15000 to 20000 YUAN per Month
I. Role Summary The local Chinese onsite employee should play the role of a BA who can get the detail requirements form the Chinese Business users of CAF. He should have functional / domain experience with SCM/WH management in Automotive industry
II. Responsibility: No Responsibilities Indicative Activities 1 Document Requirements- in English and Chinese 2 Get user signoff for all major deliverables 3 Engage with client / Users – address any concerns and answer any question related to project 4 Perform UAT and support offshore team during development of code
III. Job Specifications Required Desirable Qualification Relevant experience as BA MBA or equivalent degree Work Experience 7 - 10 years Special Requirements (Certifications/Domain Skills) Read and write and speak fluent Mandarin and English Local Chinese Person who can Read, Write and Speak fluent English IV. KRA Weight-age Convert All user requirements to Use Cases 20 Get user signoff for all milestones 20 Maintain Customer satisfaction at 4 and above 20 Provide Support to development team offshore 20 SME and SPOC for the project 20
